JSC “Dialogus” privacy conditions apply to all websites,  based on the internet address “dialogus.lt”

1. General Conditions.

These privacy conditions (hereafter referred to as the “Conditions”) establish the main principles and order, regulating the management of personal data of visitors checking the websites of dialogus.lt (hereafter referred as “you”) The personal data that you provide on the websites dialogus.lt, will be managed meeting these Conditions, the requirements of the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania, and other legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania, regulating management and protection of such data.

Despite the fact that JSC “Dialogus” strives to ensure that the information provided in these websites corresponds to reality and is not outdated or inaccurate, the company is not responsible for the up-to-date status and accuracy of the information published online, or the consequences which might result from the use of information provided in the websites dialogus.lt.

9. Change of conditions.

We have the right to change these Conditions fully or partially, informing you via the website http://www.dialogus.lt/ and/or by e-mail address that you have provided. When you use the websites dialogus.lt after the changes, it implies your agreement to them.

10. Final provisions.

Law of the Republic of Lithuania applies to these Conditions. All disputes shall be solved by mutual agreement. In case a mutual agreement is not reached, disputes shall be considered in a court of law of the Republic of Lithuania using the order prescribed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
